Vincent Hessey attends The Bridge Chapel and has been involved with Liverpool Homeless Outreach for 23 years. He acts as Chairman and has responsibility for liaising with other agencies. Vince has a background in youth and community work and was employed by the NHS and CGL working with individuals with drug, alcohol and mental health problems. He retired from full time employment in April 2018.

Graham Swift attends Larkhill Gospel Hall and has been involved with Liverpool Homeless Outreach since the early 1990s, he has day to day responsibility for managing the Project and coordinates the supply of all necessary provisions. Graham is a qualified teacher with over 25 year’s experience.

Hannah Cave attends Calvary Baptist Church and has been involved with Liverpool Homeless Outreach since the mid 1990s. As our Secretary and Treasurer undertakes all matters regarding communication and finance. Hannah works as a civil servant and has experience of working with difficult clients. She now runs a business in The Baltic Quarter in Liverpool

Helen Owen attends Belvidere Road Church and has been involved with Liverpool Homeless Outreach for nearly 20 years. Helen is committed to supporting our homeless friends; she has a background in youth and community work with Liverpool Youth Service. Helen works within the Chinese Community but has retired from full time employment.
